Mauricio and his partner were exceptional, we had a last minute leak with a child and chaos the day before a big trip which necessitated replacing our toilet, fishing a 25 foot snake that apparently one of our previous plumbers had got stuck cut and not told us about eventually causing the clog, and cutting our kitchen ceiling roof, super quickly, cleanly, kindly and efficiently. Stressful day for us, he made it a freaking lot less than it could have be. Really appreciate ya’ll.

Mauricio from A Good Plumber was fantastic. He contacted me to let me know he would be arriving a little early. He came and assessed what would be needed. Then told me the cost which was cheaper than what I had been quoted by another plumber. Grabbed some stuff from the truck, came back and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. Then asked if there were any other issues I was having that he could look at. Whenever I need a plumber again, I will definitely be reaching out to A Good Plumber.

Thomas and his team did a great job in good time, in coordination with our super. He made a special effort to resolve a potentially gnarly issue and provided timely information going forward. He is humorous and made the experience informative and fun.

Mauricio Morales was assigned to my case. He was very thorough in his analysis with my apartments leak. We clogged the shower stall and filled it up, and let it drain to debug issues. We went up and downstairs between units to observe stuff. Afterwards he even spent time between the two units inspecting other unrelated things since he was already there. The front desk was also very helpful in working with my building to establish COIs. Would call again if needed.

Bill kept us informed and organized from the office side, while Mauricio, Brittney, and Josh, handled the work with incredible patience, professionalism, and skill. The plumber who provided the service, Thomas Sobolov, with his assistant was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He identified what needed to be done and completed the work efficiently. Any debris was quickly cleaned up. I have used A Good Plumber on several occasions on both large and small plumbing issues. They have always been very accommodating and have done their work in a professional manner. I have been very satisfied with their work and the results.

Josh came at the agreed time. He assessed the problem with the toilet. He listened and gave me choices about how the repair can be done. One was quick fix and hope for it to last. Another was replace the flushometer. I had him replace the old flushometer. He worked for over 2 hours and tsted the finished job for leaks and volume of water. He guaranteed his work for 1 year. I was happy with his professionalism and the quality of his work. He left the bathroom area clean. I felt the price was reasonable.

The work and experience was professional. We had a great experience. The price was competitive and cheaper than another estimate so we are pleased.
